Red Rock Canyon. Las Vegas
During our trip to America in September 2016 we planned to see the famous Grand Canyon. But because of some circumstances we’re not able to organized it. Just a few hours before leaving America we decided explore the Red Rock Canyon nearest to Las Vegas and did not regret it at all.
We took Uber from the hotel and set off to conquer the red desert of Nevada. The journey took about 30 minutes, but upon arrival we were surprised by a complete lack of communication. We were just lucky that we were able to negotiate with the girl who drove the car so that she returned after us in an hour. It was a verbal agreement, the day was ending, we had no connection, and when the car started to be late, we started to get nervous. Looking at the only people who were close: an Asian couple in wedding suits, we began to hope that she would return.
Considering that in a few hours we had to fly home, that there was no connection and no one was around, and we were in the desert, the situation was reminiscent of an adventure movie.
Good luck! The girl was 30 minutes late, but came back for us in the end!
